The Japanese do this thing where, if someone is foreign and white, they will expend massive amounts of time and mental energy trying to figure what famous foreigner whitey resembles. You can't escape it, so it's pointless trying. And so I now give you:

The guy who said I looked like this lunatic then proceeded to tell me "You like to have lots of sex, don't you? You look like the kind of girl who has lots of sex. American girls have sex all the time. They don't care who. Japanse girls won't. If Japanese girls don't love you, they don't have sex. I like American girls. They have sex with anyone. I apparently broke several hearts at a rave when it was revealed to the girls in question that despite looking like Ewan, I am in fact female.

You know what the most hilarious thing about this is? I can actually see you looking like nearly every person mentioned.　Sorry! haha But yeah, somehow you really do look like a cross between Juliette Lewis and Winona, with a not insignificant part of Tom Cruise thrown in for good measure! I don't know why... But also, I feel kinda left out - no one has tried to guess who I look like at all.. -.-;;

Nearly 12 hours later and I'm still laughing about Tom. The only thing I can think of that would make the remotest possibility you two are alike is if you've been jumping up and down on the furniture like a madman shouting to the world you're in love.
