Ah, the rain...

akujunkan...has been falling nonstop for the past two and one half weeks. I love rain, so this makes me happy. On the other hand, it makes travel difficult.
Happy news for today: the December issue of 麗人 was released on the 9th of this month, which should mean that it's made its way into my neck of the woods by now. It features a new Bohra Naono story, which makes me happy for obvious reasons. I will purchase and review tonight. I'll most likely also grab the newest issue of Kannan and the third Saiyuki tank.
In other news, another comedy of errors occurred
I spend Fridays at Komadori. I like this because I get along well with my fellow teachers and the kids are wonderful. However, I was to leave early today to go back to my main school and take a group photo. I was told to do this after lunch.
All my Komadori classes are in the morning, so this schedule cleverly cut all my prep time for next week out of the picture. Furthermore, lunch hours at Komadori and Yoshino are entirely different - I asked if this had been taken into account and was told yes.
I left at the appointed time, took the tram back to my apartment, changed into my suit, headed to Yoshino, and arrived not five minutes after they had taken the picture.
Apparently, they figured that I wasn't coming after all, since I hadn't appeared after lunch. (Remember how I mentioned that Yoshino and Komadori have two different lunch hours? Remember how I mentioned asking if this had been taken into account? "Oops," they told me when I reminded them.) So I'm not in the staff photo after all.
At least it's raining. They probably had to take the thing in the gym.
On the upside, I'm much closer to my apartment than I was before, and I'm going to go take some kickass purikura of me in my suit before I head home today.
That will be all.
