I'll say. <.< At least Roh tried to do what was right for his people (based on the article I read).

Yes, exactly. Much of Roh's policy vis-a-vis North Korea did not sit well with me, and I felt that he sometimes played up Korean radicals' anti-Americanism, but I still think he was the best politician the south has seen despite those facts.

And although I rather doubt he was innocent of the charges, his reaction to the investigation shows that he was much more aware of his own wrongdoing than most other former ROK leaders.
