"Today's Picture" from two days ago is of:

the view from the uppermost viewing deck of Kyoto Station, at about 10 minutes to seven. That big disk is the moon, by the way. It was about 10,000 times prettier in real life, as well as appearing many magnitudes larger than captured by my camera. It had just risen above the eastern mountains near Sanjusangendo and Kiyomizu-dera. Very, very beautiful
