Japanese Pizza Hut's "Super Tastee Bulgogi Pizza." Pizza Hut has this thing where takeout orders are half off on Wednesdays. Which is a good thing, because this 14x16 inch pizza costs $38 USD at full price.

Still, since I left the rectangle all of two times today (once to buy a $1.12 can of coke and once to buy the pizza), it seemed like the perfect slumming food.

Bulgogi Pizza? I am not sure if that sounds appetizing or not.

It's actually really, really yummy (as well as one of the few things in this country claiming to be spicy that actually is, thanks to the green tabasco sauce-type stuff that comes with it).

Why would you have held up the pictures? Or are you talking about the pizza? /am confused.

And yes, let's chat. A friend just cancelled a planned trip to Indonesia, which means I can push Korea up sooner:-)

What is a Bulgogi?

Actually, pizza sounds good right about now... mmm.

Bulgogi (불고기) is a type of Korean barbeque. Basically it's thin strips of beef marinated in this sweet sauce that (as far as my tastebuds can tell) is made of mirin, soy sauce, (probably) rice wine, and spring onions. Needless to say, it is good either on its own or on top of a pizza.
