I know some people who have watched it online through various means. You might want to preview it before committing to seeing the whole thing in the theatre. (You're in Canada, right? I don't know what ticket prices are like there, but they're freaking expensive here.)
It wasn't a rotten adaptation by any means, just nothing that lived up to the hype it's received, IMO.
