...since the deadline for North Korea to shut down its nuclear facilities has passed. Have they done so? No. Has there been a peep of protest out of President Bush? NO.

One wonders where all the rhetoric about preventing the spread of WMDs to our enemies has gone.

Oh yeah, we don't attack countries that actually pose security threats.

First, you're not supposed to keep track of these things. Secondly, the lack of oil fields to be taken over makes North Korea an unatractive target.



Apropos to this, have you been following the kerfuffle that is Fanlib? I'm not going near that site - wouldn't touch it with a 40' pole. A company setting up a fanfic site, putting any liability back onto anyone stupid enough to post there, while raking in the dosh and all for the benefit of receiving a T-shirt - makes one wonder how clueless they think fandom is.
