CLEAN | SPONTANEOUS | DARK Your humor's mostly innocent and off-the-cuff, but somehow there's something slightly menacing about you. Part of your humor is making people a little uncomfortable, even if the things you say aren't themselves confrontational. You probably have a very dry delivery, or are seriously over-the-top. Your type is the most likely to appreciate a good insult and/or broken bone and/or very very fat person dancing. on 2006-12-21 02:59 am (UTC)What is a 'dangling modifier'? <- this is something that will inspire nightmares... btw I scored 64-84% pretty good and believe me my friends would have marked cubism as Rubik's cube...
BTW your result is something that doesn't surprise me a bit, congrats you deserve it!

on 2006-12-25 05:28 am (UTC)A dangling modifier, btw, is a phrase that doesn't have anything to do with the noun it modifies. It's in the wrong place, in other words. In their example, "Waving patriotically, he was proud looking at his country's flag" the flag is the thing that's waving, but it's place in the sentence means that it would have to refer to 'he' (grammatically speaking). The correct way to write it is, "He was proud of his flag, waving patriotically." Does that make sense?
Merry Christmas, btw!
