akujunkanRemember how I was really excited about Pride - a new dorama which features both pretty Japanese boys and ice hockey?
Apparently the main pretty boy is none other than Kimura Takuya, the main SMAP twat. It had seemed like such a good idea when I first heard about it. Now I weep.
"Playing ice hockey is a whole lot harder than it looks," said one of the leads in a recent TV interview, eyes wide with shock at all the effort it takes. No shit, sherlock.
So, goodbye my-had-been-new-fav-TV-show. It was a good dream.
I'll probably end up watching anyway, if for no other reason than to laugh at how not hockey it all is.
Oh, and they have Queen theme music.
