Weird perverts...that's so Japan. The under-skirt photographing makes no sense to me. Wouldn't they need a flash to get a decent photo? And um...aren't there enough magazines with better photos in them? I suppose the thrill of acting bad is enough for them.
Maybe Mr Off will move onto something that gets him arrested...but hopefully not hurting anyone in the process.
