Is of:

supermarket sashimi, to round out last week's supermarket sushi. This is a typical mid-price moriawase, or "assorted platter." Clockwise, from the top we have: salmon, red snapper, scallops, tuna, and yellowjack. They're sitting on a bed of grated daikon (Japanese radish) and shiso (which is a salad green that I don't believe is widely known in the West). There's also some parsley at the bottom and for some reason, a dandelion flower, one of which always seems to come with most sushi platters. (I usually save them and put them on my desk for some color. It's a good way to keep track of how many times I've eaten sashimi in a week.)
That will be all.
