Sorry I know it's not the time neither the place to act like an idiot but when I read how that man was questioned I thought I was reading some Bolivian newspaper... only replace Administration with Government. Air raid sirens that was a stupid tasteless joke, right? I can believe it. One can't predict everything and one can't be prepared for anything, we must know that.
