It's a totally subject hopper, but because the IN constitution is more definitive, the IN Supreme Court just struck down our voting law because it violates our constitution by giving unfair advantage to absentee voters.
Sweet! This actually means I can still vote absentee in Indiana, plus more poor and minority voters will be enfranchised. And that's important, because next year's elections will determine how the state districts are redrawn.
