Let me just say the new Spiderman on Jetix (one of Disney's premium channels) is a mess. The animation is less edgy, Peter Parker is even more of a wimp, and I can't even pretend to look at it seriously. Then again, I guess I could say the same about Teen Titans, which even goes for the chibi faces sometimes (not to mention the Puffy AmiYumi opening song). I like the serious episodes of Titans, but the silly ones I can do without.
I don't even wanna try with Disney!Spiderman though. I mean, at least Titans was never on TV. The old Spiderman of my youth did a fine job, and Disney is just reusing old story lines. >__>
Ugh, it sounds like the blessed hot mess that was the new and improved Ren & Stimpy. Why do all the people responsible for remakes seem to think that "remake" = "dumb it down and neuter all the stuff that made it good"?
I recently watched some of my favorite cartoons from back-in-the-day Nickelodeon, and you would never be able to broadcast that stuff today. Which makes me glad I grew up back then.
Here, here! The good news (and bad depending...) is that alot of our old favorites are on Nicktoons. But you gotta have satellite or the mega comcast package to get it. But Angry Beavers and Ahh! Real Monsters...Goddess I miss those shows!

Although that's a scary prospect, I won't really start to hate you until you let Mormons in Utah dictate IN state policy on gays or defund DV programs. So you've still got some leeway, even if M&M didn't come directly from your ladyparts.
It's a totally subject hopper, but because the IN constitution is more definitive, the IN Supreme Court just struck down our voting law because it violates our constitution by giving unfair advantage to absentee voters.
Sweet! This actually means I can still vote absentee in Indiana, plus more poor and minority voters will be enfranchised. And that's important, because next year's elections will determine how the state districts are redrawn.
BTW...I FUCKING HATE GREY'S ANATOMY!!! I'm more likely to watch Burn Notice. And I quote Family Guy as much or more than my husband. Plus, I watch Ren and Stimpy and he DOESN'T. Screw you, Kay.
