Well, how I managed to spend 1.5万円...

...in about four days is beyond me. Suffice to say that the new Asuka DX, IchiRaci, 麗人, and Zero Sum Ward all came out within a few days of each other. As did the 単行本 reissue of Bus Gamers (damn you, Engrish!), and I wanted to eat some sashimi, and that 1600円 taxi ride back into town (the train schedules they handed us at orientation are woefully out of date) all starts adding up.

In other news, I added a few more pages to Wolves, Lower. Now, who wants to be a very picky, exacting beta?

Work tomorrow. Ugh. But I will (I will, I will) have some pictures to post.

Okay, this one I recognise: 人 (da - big, isn't it?), and these two 行本 seem awfully familiar but can't remember what they're supposed to mean

(says ntamara who took Chinese 101 for three months a year ago)

Close...but big is actually: 大. 人 is the character for person. Thus we get 麗人 - or beautiful person, which happens to be the name of my favorite yaoi monthly. 行 is the character which means "to go." 本 is the character for "the source" as well as "book." So combining them, plus the character tan, one gets 単行本 - tankoubon, or a collection of an ongoing work. Which is, of course, your graphic novel.

And thus ends our Japanese lesson for the day. I have waaaay too much fun with this stuff.
