Yeah, about that... Certainly explains the sudden lack of oceans and everyone speaking German ;) OPEC, Austrian troops - the man is indeed a genius1.
Best part of APEC, in my opinion2, was the opposition leader, Kevin Rudd, speaking to the Chinese President Hu Jintao in fluent Mandarin3.

2This doesn't include the stunt by The Chaser crew - breaching APEC security by merely having a Canadian flag on their car. All that money spent on security and no one had the presence of mind to check their obviously fake id cards?
