Caveat: the ONLY Korean textbooks I've used thus far are written in Japanese. I've searched for Korean texts Stateside and not liked what I've seen (ie, the glorified phrasebooks that are the TY series).

I did pick up Yonsei University's Korean textbooks while I was in Seoul. They've got grammar. Boy have they got grammar. I'm not sure I would understand what they were talking about if I wasn't familiar with the terminology from Japanese class. That said, they look SOLID. So I would recommend those, although not 100% because I haven't actually used them yet.
