Have you read YongFook.com? The author is a JET guy from the UK who's blog is all about Japanese food. It's pretty cool and at first I was all "Whoa, fox!" because of his pictures and all. But I've read some of it and it's interesting. In the media section he's got little videos that he made of himself. But chances are you've seen this already so... yeah. :D
